Love this great weather we are having here in wisconsin. Got out on the bike yesterday and it was a blast. Did only 10 miles to get started but what a start it was.
So I want to commit to being awesome this summer by doing what I can each day to increase the power and strength of my mind and body. What about you? Can you commit to being awesome one day at a time??
The challenge has been made!! What does being awesome entail you ask? Doing something good for YOU every day whether its drink really good vege juice, make a great healthy smoothie, ride 10 miles on your bike, swim for an hour, take a 30 minute walk every day or whatever makes YOU feel good!!! Rock the outdoors and smell the proverbial roses!
