Back in May I posted about antioxidants but I wanted to revisit them today as they are super important. One of the most powerful antioxidants is Spirulina. I love this explanation of spirulina:

I don't know about you but I so want some of that!! It truly is a super food. It seems like a no brainer to just take this each day. There is one caveat...it has a very "interesting" taste. There is a solution to this problem. You can enjoy this wonderful superfood in a "Green Dream" smoothie from Willy Street Coop (very yummy!) or you can make your own smoothie at home using mango and pineapple or strawberries and bananas. One more way...get some green goodness from bolthouse and add your powder in the juice. Mischief managed (in the words of Harry Potter). I do want to know how you feel after you eat some of this awesome superfood as it gives you a bit of a jolt of energy... Wahoo!!!
